Harry Olson is an award-winnning experiential communication designer with over a decade of experience in visual communication. He brings a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to design unique to the coastal cities where he has honed his practice. He is passionate about convening community through creative work that advances social change, brings civic history to life, and builds community in the public realm.
He has worked for years at the intersection of visual communication and the built environment, most recently as the communication designer for Michael Green Architecture and the multi-disciplinary design firm PUBLIC in Vancouver, British Columbia and Breakhouse in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He brings an urbanist sensibility to an extensive, multidisciplinary body of work that spans architecture, the public realm, civic engagement, museums, visual art exhibitions, new media, food security, and social enterprise.
